Award

LSHK Award for Outstanding Student Paper on Cantonese Linguistics
香港語言學學會粵語語言學傑出學生論文獎

  The LSHK Award for Outstanding Student Paper on Cantonese Linguistics competition is an innovative attempt by the Linguistic Society of Hong Kong to promote, recognize, and encourage scholarship by students to conduct research on Cantonese linguistics. The competition is held once a year in conjunction with the International Conference on Yue Dialects. All papers submitted for the competition are subject to review by a Review Committee appointed by the Executive Committee of the LSHK. The author of the best paper will be honored during the International Conference on Yue Dialects and presented with an Award Certificate and HK$1,500.
