If you are not yet an LSHK member, please also fill in the LSHK
membership application form & fax it to Vicky Man at 1-852-3411-7590.
Registration fee and/or LSHK membership fee will be collected
at the registration desk on
the days of ARF. Please do NOT send us any payment before ARF.
